Sarah loves hosting workshops that create space for people to connect to themselves and with others. She uses metaphors & storytelling and embodiment & creative practices to create safe, present and more human experiences that punctuate the often disconnected, fast-paced, binary and linear nature of modern work and life.
Hosting a variety of coaching-style workshops within organisations, communities and as part of larger events, her workshops are a blend of coaching practices, wellbeing insights, development frameworks and organisational psychology. Workshops can be tailored around a particular event or theme or design a workshop or series of workshops to support a particular initiative.
Workshops
These are examples of previously delivered workshops. New workshops are developed regularly and designed for specific clients/events.
-
Confidence can be life-changing, but it can be misunderstood; often framed as something we either have, or don’t. This couldn’t be further from reality. The truth is confidence is built, we just need the right tools and ingredients.
The Confidence Equation is a workshop that banishes unhelpful beliefs and reveals a simple formula for confidence; Competency + Capacity + Context.
Once we understand the moving parts, we can create the conditions with the right balance of ingredients that allow us to gain experience, continue to learn and cultivate greater confidence over time.
-
The desire to belong is deeply human, but when belonging is driven by attachment rather than authenticity, it can quietly pull us away from ourselves.
Belonging: Authenticity vs. Attachment is a coaching workshop that explores the tension between being accepted and being true to who we are. Participants reflect on where they may be adapting, performing, or compromising in order to belong — and the personal cost of doing so.
This workshop creates space to reconnect with authenticity, enabling healthier boundaries, more aligned relationships, and a deeper sense of belonging that starts from within.
-
Creative flow is often thought of as something spontaneous or elusive, something we’re either in or out of. In reality, creative flow is shaped by the conditions we’re working within, both internally and externally.
Unlocking Creative Flow is a coaching workshop that explores what supports and inhibits creativity, focus, and fresh thinking. Participants reflect on how pressure, perfectionism, distraction, and energy levels influence their ability to think creatively, and what helps them access flow more consistently.
This workshop supports people to create the conditions for creative flow, enabling clearer thinking, greater ease, and more sustainable creativity in their work and lives.
-
Imposter feelings are often misunderstood as a lack of confidence or capability, when in reality they are a natural response to growth, change, and challenge.
Transforming Your Inner Imposter is a coaching workshop that reframes imposter syndrome and explores what sits beneath it. Rather than trying to eliminate self-doubt, participants learn how to understand its role, reduce its impact, and respond with greater self-trust.
Through reflection and practical insight, this workshop supports a healthier relationship with self-belief, allowing people to grow without being held back by fear or self-criticism.
-
Item descLeadership is often measured by performance and results, yet sustainable leadership begins with health; of the individual, the team, and the system around them.
The Healthy Leadership Model is a coaching workshop that introduces a holistic framework for leading well, without burnout or disconnection. Participants explore the foundations of healthy leadership and the conditions that support clarity, resilience, and trust.
This workshop supports leaders to lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable for themselves and the people they lead.
-
We don’t grow plants by pulling on them, we grow them by creating the right conditions.
Growing People Like Plants is a coaching workshop that uses a simple, powerful metaphor to explore how people really develop and thrive. Rather than focusing on pressure or control, participants examine the environmental factors that influence growth, motivation, and engagement.
This workshop encourages a shift from managing behaviour to cultivating conditions that support more natural, healthy, and sustainable growth in people and teams.
-
Organisations are often treated like machines; optimised, controlled, and driven for output. Yet people and systems don’t thrive through force; they thrive through balance, connection, and healthy conditions.
Building Organisations Like Ecosystems reframes organisations as living systems rather than mechanical structures. Shifting away from rigid, mechanistic thinking and towards a more human, systems-based approach to organisational health. Participants explore how culture, relationships, ways of working, and leadership behaviours interact to shape the environment people operate within.
This workshop invites a shift from fixing problems in isolation to nurturing the whole system — supporting organisations to grow in ways that are adaptive, resilient, and sustainable over time.
-
Personal growth doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in environments that support it.
Creating Your ‘Healthy’ Conditions is a coaching workshop that helps participants identify the internal and external conditions that influence their energy, wellbeing, and performance. Through reflection, participants explore what supports them, what drains them, and where small changes could have a meaningful impact.
This workshop empowers people to take ownership of their conditions, enabling healthier habits, clearer boundaries, and more sustainable ways of working and living.
-
In busy, high-demand environments, it’s easy to live almost entirely in our heads, often at the expense of our wellbeing.
Reconnecting Mind & Body is a coaching workshop that explores the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and physical experience. Participants are invited to notice how stress, pressure, and emotion show up in the body, and how reconnecting with physical awareness can support clarity and regulation.
This workshop offers a grounded approach to self-awareness, supporting greater balance, presence, and resilience.
-
The way we lead others is shaped by how we lead ourselves.
Self-Leadership > People Leadership is a coaching workshop that explores the foundations of effective leadership through self-awareness, responsibility, and choice. Participants reflect on their inner leadership, including mindset, habits, and emotional responses, and how these influence their impact on others.
This workshop reinforces the idea that strong people leadership begins with self-leadership, creating more conscious, authentic, and effective leaders.

24 billion hours a year are wasted in unproductive meetings. It’s time to run meetings that actually solve problems and reach decisions. It’s time to stop wasting time. Let’s get stuff done. Together.
Project kick-offs, idea generation or design workshops - whatever the goal, running productive meetings comes down to great session design and expert facilitation. I help you with both.
Planning & design: I will design an agenda and activities tailored to your required outcomes and the attendee mix
Facilitation: I run the session by holding the space, managing time, encouraging productive conversations, maximising participation and acting as an objective presence and independent thinking partner.

I support leadership teams and departmental teams with half or full-day sessions to support organisational objectives and team dynamics.
Time away from the day-to-day is precious. I help you create something worthwhile by designing sessions that balance the blend of both the practical and the social needs:
Practical: get stuff done by creating an environment for open communication and effective collaboration to problem solve, make decisions and generate ideas.
Social: create connection - through experiences that feel more human and build shared identify and purpose
I often partner with other collaborators and practitioners (breathwork & sound, artists, creators & educators etc) to create events that feel dynamic and engaging.
