COACHING
Sarah works with people 1:1, delivers coaching programmes and develops teams within a variety of organisations and communities.
Let’s make connect more healthy and more human.
Sarah works with clients on both personal and professional development journeys.
Clients are often in the process of navigating or cultivating change and Sarah aims to support this journey through adopting a whole-person and whole (eco)system approach.
Her approach empower clients to create their unique conditions for ‘healthy’ growth, both internal and external. This looks like working with all the aspects of our experience; physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual and environmental and the interdependencies these areas have with each other.
Practically her style is about building an honest, compassionate and truer connection to ourselves to act as a compass in navigating the constant creation our lives; our relationships, our work, our hobbies, our adventures and our challenges.
Her coaching style is informed by systems-thinking, the Biopsychosocial Model, and the natural world. Sarah takes a human-centred approach to coaching and tailors each coaching engagement (length, frequency etc) based on each client’s circumstances and preferences and does not offer rigid programmes or courses.
1:1 Coaching
Sarah partners with organisations and co-working communities as a ‘Coach-in-Residence’ (CiR) offering a bespoke suite of services on a monthly basis; including 1:1 & group coaching, workshops & events, team & community development initiatives and meeting/event facilitation.
A Coach-in-Residence partnership means your members, employees and leaders have access to tailored support and community connection through coaching, team building and facilitation expertise from an embedded partner, familiar with your culture, invested in your long-term objectives for a fraction of the investment of ah-hoc external engagements.

Team Coaching
In coaching teams, Sarah works at both the individual and collective level to build resilience and strengthen dynamics. Great teamwork happens in a safe container where authentic connection, honest communication, curiosity and novel insight can occur. Sarah believes ‘healthy’ organisations rely on a intentionally designed continuously maintained ‘Social Architecture’ to enhance engagement, enable collaborative problem-solving and cohesive team identity by creating the conditions for trust and authentic communication.
Sarah runs group programmes on various themes over 4-6 weeks that bring together a small group (6-8 people) to journey together through awareness, knowledge, reflection and support of each other. Group work has the added dynamic of collective experience, support and connection that can enhance learning and development.
Programmes can be designed for a specific group or around a specific theme. Some previous programmes include: Transforming Imposter Syndrome, Navigating Change & Uncertainty, Healthy Leadership, The Confidence Equation.
