About Sarah

I am a coach, facilitator and organisational strategist with a background in design, change management and strategy. I am passionate about designing and building the health (eco)systems where individuals, teams and organisations can thrive.

Influenced by systems-thinking, the natural world, holistic health and organisational psychology and blend these practices and perspectives to bring a wholly human approach to all the work I do in coaching, facilitating and organisational design.

Whether working with an individual, teams, organisations or communities, in all the work I do I seek to create ‘healthy organisational ecosystems’ that are more human, healthily inter-connected and balance the interdependence of both the parts and the whole.

Holistic & integrative Health

Sarah is certified in Holistic & Integrative Health with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the worlds leading health education institution. The year-long certification explored the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of human and systemic health including; psychology, neuroscience, nutrition, nervous system function and Poly Vagal theory, relational and attachment theory and much more. The philosophy of holistic (concerned with the whole, all aspects) and integrative (concern with the interdependence of parts within a whole) thinking influences much of her approach to work far beyond the context of personal wellbeing. Sarah is passionate about applying this knowledge and expertise to enhance the systemic health of both individuals, collectives and systems.
